To create an account with IDFPR for the PERC application, please visit IDFPR Website and follow these steps:
Important Note: On the first page of your registration, ignore the download option and select “Next.”
Select “Access Online Portal.”
Under New Applications, select “Click Here.”
Click “Register.”
Register as “Individual” and click Next.
Complete the registration to create your account.
Next Steps After Creating an Account:
If you have been retired for less than a year, you will need to complete a VE-PEC form. Afterward, log back into your account and upload your VE-PEC.
If you have been retired for more than a year, you will need to complete fingerprinting at an Accurate Biometrics facility. Afterward, log back into your account and enter the required fingerprint information in your application.
